Returns and Refunds :

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Unfortunately due to the nature of these products returns are not allowed. We do however refund clients or replace products when there are notable issues. We endeavour to make your shopping experience with us as easy as possible only providing the best products. If you are unhappy with your purchase or something went wrong please get in contact with us so we may sort it out.

Email : sales@juiceheads.co.za with your order number quoted in the subject line. Provide as many details and or pictures if you can of the problem and we will be in touch with you within 24hrs (mon-fri).

Process to Follow :

Once your emailed query has been replied to and you have accepted an offer from the sales admin your store refund, bitcoin refund or Direct Bank refund will be issued. In the event you have accepted a replacement this will be sent the next business day stock permitting and a tracking number updated on your order.

Late or missing refunds and or replacement items

If after 48hrs of accepting of a resolution offered by admin you have not received your refund or details relating to your replacement please reply to your existing email chain with sales@juiceheads.co.za prompting for an update. There are occasions where your bank may need more time to reflect a refund payment. We can usually provide you with proof of refund made, you will need to be patient until it reflects.

Refunds made with BTC and usually made same day.

Refunds as store credit are usually made same day.

Refunds as a eft are effected the same day and appear in your account within 48hrs depending on who you bank with.

Replacement products are sent out on next business day. Your tracking usually follows after you have authorised admin to replace shortly thereafter.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded at the regular price and a lower sale value refund will be made.

Cancellation of Order

We may at our discretion cancel any order. Your funds will only be refunded using the same method of payment you made use of.

Shipping returns

Due to the nature of the products sold we cannot offer a returns service at this time.
