The Site is designed by us, Juiceheads.co.za (“we” and “us”), to provide a convenient, private and informative shopping experience for consumers to purchase health and wellness related products 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We want each visitor to the Site (“you”) (i.e. any natural person acting on the Site with purposes having no relationship to his/her commercial or professional activity) to have a safe, pleasurable visit, so we have established the following general terms and conditions so that we (we and you) know what to expect from each other.
These general terms and conditions (which include the returns policy) are applicable to any use of the Site and to any agreements concluded between you and us through the Site. SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY
All product orders are shipped from South Africa. Please note that from time to time, your order may be seized or stopped. If your order is held by authorities for 10 days or more, we offer two options only:
1. We reship your order ONCE more to a NEW address for free.
2. We refund your order in full.

RETURN POLICY
We strongly believe in Juiceheads.co.za products and values and want every customer to be satisfied. This is the reason for the “Juiceheads.co.za Money Back Guarantee”. Due to inevitable fraudulent activity we have set the guidelines below.
The guarantee is valid only if the following conditions and stipulations are met and agreed upon:

REFUNDs AND REPLACEMENTS – 
Should you not be happy with your purchase please contact sales@juiceheads.co.za with your order as subject and we will discuss a refund and replacement options with you.The product ship date is the date of purchase. Requests for refund or replacement needs to happen within 7 days of confirmed receipt of your order. Refunds will be applied and will be issued via your original form of payment. We will simply ask you to answer a few brief questions about why you didn’t like the product and what went wrong and then refund your money.
Shipping costs will not be refunded, please allow up to one week for refunds to be processed via EFT or 1-2 days via bitcoin.

TRADEMARKS
Juiceheads.co.za and other graphics, logos, and service names used on the Site the trademarks of Juiceheads.co.za Inc. Juiceheads.co.za trademarks may not be used in connection with any third-party products or services or in any manner that disparages or discredits. All other brands and names (including third-party product names) are the property of their respective owners.
